Public input sought on Shelton Riverwalk expansion

SHELTON — The Riverwalk downtown has become a popular spot to take a stroll and enjoy views of the Housatonic River, and a project is under way to expand it.
James Ryan, president of the Shelton Economic Development Corp., said preliminary designs are completed.
The city is holding an informational meeting on the project today at 7 p.m. in the City Hall auditorium, 54 Hill St. Residents will be able to share ideas and concerns at the meeting.
