SHELTON >> Police spent almost three hours Thursday talking
down an armed man who threatened to harm himself, according to spokesman
Lt. Robert Kozlowsky.
Police say they received a 911 call at approximately 3:15 p.m.
reporting a man in a Longview Road backyard who was threatening
self-harm. The caller said she knew the man.
