DERBY- Mayor Richard Dziekan stopped by Valley Vapors as they celebrated their three-year anniversary on June 10. Dozens of patrons attended the event. Owner Sarah Estiler thanked Dziekan for coming by and showing his support. Dziekan said momentum continues as small businesses continue to open and thrive under his administration.
