ANSONIA >> The Ansonia Cultural Commission will hold its annual tree lighting event on Friday, Dec. 5 in Veterans Memorial Park on Main Street. The Ansonia High School Band will lead Santa down Main Street to the park at 6 p.m.

The AHS chorus who will entertain the crowd with their beautiful
seasonal music. Hot chocolate and munchkins will be provided by Dunkin
Donuts of Pershing Drive. Come join in the fun, sing a long and visit
with Santa.
