Wesley Village in Shelton to host support group

Focus will be on dealing with loss
SHELTON - Wesley Village will host “Dealing with Loss over the Holidays,” a support group for caregivers and families, at 2 p.m. Nov. 20.

Holiday time is not easy for many people, especially those who have lost loved ones.

Join the Rev. Jim Stinson, Director of Spiritual Life at Wesley Village, as he talks about the realities of this challenging time and offers coping strategies for individuals and families.

This program will include: an overview of why holidays are so difficult, helpful tips on how to remember a loved one (while still enjoying the holidays), and practical ways to cope with loss.

The group will be held at Crosby Commons Assisted Living Community, 580 Long Hill Ave.
