CT Business and Industry Association Endorses Gentile

State Representative Linda M. Gentile, candidate for reelection in the 104th district (Ansonia/Derby) has earned the endorsement of the Connecticut Business and Industry Association.  The Association is the largest business organization in the state.

Representative Gentile is one of 80 candidates, out of 151, that have been endorsed in the House races.  In the announcement the Association stated, “Voters who are concerned about our economic future must elect candidates who understand the urgency facing our state, and who will make the decisions necessary to grow the economy, create jobs and help Connecticut reach its full potential. We believe the candidates we’ve endorsed have the ability to foster a business climate where companies want to invest and create jobs to help our economy grow.  We must elect people…who are committed to resolving our fiscal issues, improving our business climate, and making this a top state for economic growth and job creation.”

“I am so pleased to stand with my fellow endorsed candidates, on both sides of the aisle.  I have worked very closely with almost all of these individuals on many different issues and I believe that we all have one thing in common.  Like myself, I know that we all want to do what’s best for our constituents and our state.  We have all committed to improving our business climate, creating and retaining jobs, and growing our economy.  I look forward to working with each and every one of my colleagues to continue the work that we have begun,” Gentile stated.
