DERBY — Officials were called to a home on Route 34 Sunday afternoon, rescuing a teenager from Lake Housatonic.
Reports indicate that an accident involving an 18-year-old female using a home rope swing resulted in a water rescue, with the teen ultimately being taken to Bridgeport Hospital by emergency services.
An investigation by the The Housatonic River Authority is currently ongoing.
