"Residents
of Seymour, a con artist claiming to be with the WPCA is attempting to
solicit credit card information from residents by saying that they are
behind on their sewer assessments.
"DO NOT give them any information.
The WPCA DOES NOT call residents to notify them. Please pass this
information along. The police department has been contacted and we're
working to stop it."
