SEYMOUR >> A Silver Alert has been issued for a 38-year-old man who was last seen in Seymour Tuesday.
James Ferrari is described by police as a white man with brown hair and brown eyes. He is said to be 6 feet 1 inch tall and 180 pounds. It is unknown what he was last seen wearing.
