ANSONIA - The Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center will offer yoga and fitness classes starting at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 4.
Instructor Pamela Mellitz will lead students through
stretching and toning, balance and awareness.
She also will demonstrate
the importance of just breathing correctly for better physical and
mental health in these 90-minute sessions.
Cost is $7 per class.
