Seymour Fire Marshal Paul G. Wetowitz Wednesday holds the first-place winning poster in a contest he sponsored this summer at Explorers Learning Center in Seymour.
The artist, McKenna Walters, 9, was not on hand for the photo. Second place winner is Olivia DeToto, 8, center, and third place honors went to Javae McCowan, 9.
Both children are from Seymour.
