ANSONIA - Have you always wanted to grow your own vegetables but don’t have enough
property or sun for your own garden?
At 2 p.m. Saturday meet in the Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center's visitor center with Pat Evans, Ansonia Community Gardens President, to find out about the center's organic gardening program and sign up for a garden plot.
Walk to the garden area and check out the large plots, approximately 20 by 40 feet, that are available for nominal fee.
Registration requested, call 203-736-1053.
The nature center is at 10 Deerfield Road.
This is a press release from the Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center.
