DERBY - The Derby Public Library has scheduled a cooking demo at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 28.
Comfort food will be the topic of the evening as Stacey Ference of Savour Catering shows participants how to make delicious pasta casseroles for those cold winter days.
There will be samples of all demonstrated foods.
The class is for ages 18 and older. Registration is required.
