ANSONIA - Tara Cook Littman will return to the Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center to present a free program at 2 p.m. Jan. 20 to share her enthusiasm for wholesome and unmodified food.
A former New York City prosecutor, Littman now has a private practice as a health counselor, helping clients learn about healthful eating, managing stress levels, feeding their families better, and helping them stay active.
Her program will provide food choices and guidance for anyone seeking to live a healthier lifestyle.
