School board honors Ansonia CAPT scholars

ANSONIA - Here is the list of CAPT scholars, who were honored by the Board of Education at the Feb. 6, 2013 regular meeting:

The senior CAPT scholars are: Luke Castillo, Brighid Flynn, Allison Fong, Natalia Gronkiewicz, Rachel Licsak, Cassandra Luneski, Casey Rutkowski, Adam Thayer and Mackenzie Walkinshaw.

Junior CAPT Scholars are: Suzie Baez, Reaghan Bennett, Abigail Chudwick, Cailee D’Amico, Nicole Espinoza, Klaudiusz Kopec, Christopher Majchrzak, Karalyn Meineke, Louis Nicoletti, Melissa Pannone, Alexa Picheco, Morgan Westine, David Widel and John Williams.

Four students received a perfect score on the CAPT test and were given a letter of congratulations from the State of Connecticut Commissioner of Education, Stefan Pryor. 
They are: Louis Nicoletti, Morgan Westine, David Widel and John Williams.

CAPT stands for Connecticut Academic Performance Test.
