SHELTON - The residents of Bishop Wicke Health and Rehabilitation Center, Wesley Heights, and Crosby Commons Assisted Living communities in Shelton enjoyed a visit recently from the Barnum Festival Road Show.
Ringmaster John Stafstrom and his royal court led the parade of clowns, musicians and volunteers, who shook hands with residents and entertained them with music and dancing.
The following residents were honored as Honorary Ringmasters of the 2013 Barnum Festival: Anna May Finnucan from Crosby Commons and Anna Kripinger from Wesley Heights, both 99, and Frank Spada from Bishop Wicke Health and Rehabilitation Center, 89.
