The state's only zoo is coming to communities across Connecticut, beginning Wednesday.
Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo's Zoomobile will entertain and educate audiences at state parks and nature centers with programs presented in partnership with Connecticut's Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, The Sherwood Island State Park Nature Center and the Kellogg Environmental Center.
"While
we love having visitors come to us, it's important for us to be active
and visible in communities across the state as well,"said Gregg
Dancho, Zoo director.

Snakes: Living Wonders
The
Zoomobile is coming to town! Join Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo to
celebrate Connecticut's Year of the Snake.
This live animal program features exotic, beautiful and fascinating snakes and their relatives from around the world. The Zoomobile is free. Check with venue for admission fees, if any.
