ANSONIA - Ranger Wendy will lead a walk for preschoolers accompanied by adults at 10:30 a.m. Friday as part of the Nature's Child series at the Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center.
Look for our favorite insects, butterflies that light up our fields and gardens with their bright colors, as well as dragonflies.
Come learn about their special adaptations and their nature center habits.
Call 203-736-1053 to register in advance. Tuition is $6 a family, $4 for Ansonia residents and family-level Friends of the Ansonia Nature Center, Inc. members.
The nature center is at 10 Deerfield Road.
