Emmett O'Brien Tech holds walk Tuesday
This is some of the food, toys, blankets and leashes donated by O'Brien students and staff. The items will be given to dogs in Valley shelters.
Pictured here with the donations are senior Alyssa Loverci of Ansonia and a friend, Kailyn Peterson, 3, of Shelton.
Loverci, a member of the National Honor Society, organized the walk and deemed it a success.
This is the banner posted at the field urging participants to support the ASPCA. April is National Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Month.
A great resource for information in "The Valley" - Connecticut's Naugatuck Valley
