DERBY - The Derby Cultural Commission and its sponsors will present Halloween on the Green with Fright Night 2013 from 2-5 p.m. Sunday.The spooky fun will feature a Halloween costume contest, entertainment, dancing, popcorn, and a candy giveaway.
A flyer advertising the event says it's for kids ages 11 and under only.
It also says the City of Derby holds no liability for this parent-supervised event.
