Movie, book talks planned at Derby Public Library

Focus is on young adults

DERBY - The Derby Public Library hosts Teen Book Talks for young adults ages 12 to 17 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. June 23 and 30.
This venue will focus on sharing reviews and opinions on any titles recently read by participants, as well as provide a means to decide upon future reading. 
Light refreshments will be provided. 
This program is part of the Library's 2014 “Spark a Reaction” Teen Summer Reading Club.
Movie Matinee
The Library will host a Teen Movie Matinee for patrons ages 12 to 17 from 3-5 p.m. June 24.
 Participants will have the opportunity to vote on subsequent new-release DVD titles to be shown. This program is part of the DPL 2014 “Spark a Reaction” Teen Summer Reading Club. 
Registration is required.
