Library to hold book talk for teens

DERBY - The Derby Public Library hosts a book discussion series for patrons ages 11 to 17.

Participants will meet next at 3:30 p.m. March 26 to review "Starters" by Lissa Price.

In the novel, as an alternative to old age, seniors of the future will rent bodies of teens so they can experience youth again.

Sixteen-year old Callie discovers her renter plans to do more than party – her body will commit murder if her mind can’t stop it.

This is a fascinating tale about human nature’s darker side and how far people will go to get what they want.

"Starters" is a terrific new series kickoff for readers who have been waiting for a successor to "The Hunger Games" series.

Multiple copies are available at the circulation desk.

Light refreshments will be provided. Copies will be available at the circulation desk while they last and reservations may be made by phone or o-line.

For information, stop by the Library, 313 Elizabeth St., call 203-736-1482 or visit www.derbypubliclibrary.org.
