Dear Valley readers,
On Tuesday we unveiled a different way for you to get your community news.
We invite you to visit the Valley section of the New Haven Register website, and ask that you to add it to your bookmarks.
There we'll be offering one-stop shopping to help you find notices about local events, school activities and the like as well as photos taken by me or submitted by you.
Hard news stories written by Register reporters will be posted there as they have in the past.
The View from the Valley blog will be still be here, but its content will be slightly changed.
