ANSONIA - When I went to the Ansonia Animal Shelter at the public works complex earlier today to take a photo of the shelter, I noticed these city plows lined up and ready to go.
The snow started late morning and forecasters have put the Valley in the 5-8 inch snowfall range.
The seagull soaring above seems oblivious to the impending precipitation.
