Derby students, Griffin help Sandy victims

DERBY - Students from Derby High School stopped by Griffin Hospital Nov. 8 to collect donations of water, food, clothing, and other necessities for those affected by Hurricane Sandy in the Rockaway Beach section of Queens, N.Y.
Griffin Hospital donated 64 cases of bottled water and 60 boxed lunches for the volunteers while hospital employees donated necessities like clothes and batteries.
