ANSONIA - Derby Historical Society docents will offer a Colonial cooking demonstration from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 10 at the David Humphreys House, 37 Elm St.
Visitors will be able to sample foods that are part of a traditional Thanksgiving feast.
Cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children and senior citizens, and free for children under 8.
