Derby Public Library slates activities for teens

DERBY - The Derby Public Library hosts YA Wednesdays on the first and third Wednesday of the month from 6-7:30 p.m.

All young adults ages 12-17 are invited to join the fun Oct. 2 for either "Game Night" featuring the challenges of the Nintendo Wii game system and a variety of board games, or "Movie Night," screening of a newly released DVD.

The LEGO Construction Project will be the focus on Oct. 16.

Light refreshments will be provided. Registration is requested.
