Visitors from China welcomed at school in Ansonia

ANSONIA - Emmett O'Brien Technical High School staff and students hosted a visit Friday by six educators from Guizhou, China.
It was interesting to observe the group as they toured the tech school. They took a lot of photos and asked a lot of questions.
They were accompanied by two translators. 

Culinary department seniors Samantha Castro of Ansonia and Tylor Belco of Shelton seen Friday morning in the school library as they await the visitors' arrival. Their class created the fruit tray presentation and Belco baked the blueberry muffins.

In return, school staff gave the visitors T-shirts, book bags, starfish, and a framed story about starfish (above).
