Derby Public Library to offer movies, cooking demo

DERBY - The Derby Public Library continues its weekly Wednesday Movie Matinees series

for ages 18 and over.
Newly released DVDs will be shown at 1 p.m. every Wednesday.

Light snacks will be provided. Registration is requested.

Sauce secrets
The Library has scheduled a cooking demo at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 7. The theme of the night will be The Secret’s in the Sauce.
Stacey Ference of Savour Catering will show participants how to make classic and delectable sauces to make any meal special.  There will be samples of all demonstrated foods.
The class is for ages 18 years and older.  Registration is required.
