OXFORD - A Zumbathon to raise funds for two Seymour-based non-profit organizations will be held at 6 p.m. Sept. 11 at Colonial Tavern, 24 Hawley Road.
The event benefits Connecticut
Partnership for Children's Diaper Bank and the Emil Senger Post 10, American
Legion.
The veterans will lead a
moment of silence to honor those who lost their lives in the terror attacks on 9/11.
Proceeds include $10 entry fee, T-shirt sales, 50/50 raffle, bottled
water sales, and donations.
Come out and support the veterans and the children!
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the event begins at 6:30 p.m.
