New Seymour High hat rule pleases students, leaves some adults scratching heads

SEYMOUR — Hats off to students at Seymour High School. Or on. Either is OK now.
While there is no formal policy on the books, SHS Principal Cathy Goodrich said, as a “privilege,” students can now wear hats in school.
The privilege, put in place in late February, is being applauded by many students.
