ANSONIA — Police have arrested a city teen in connection with the Sept. 2, 2011 fire that destroyed a wooden pavilion behind the Redwing Pond House on Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center property, Lt. Andrew Cota said.
The name of the 15-year old male is not being released because of his age.
He was charged with eight counts of risk of injury to a minor; first degree reckless endangerment; third degree arson; third degree criminal trespass; and first degree criminal mischief.
Police also obtained an arrest warrant for a second juvenile, a former city resident, who has since moved out of state, Cota said
