Derby public works employees Friday hung a banner across Elizabeth Street announcing the upcoming Derby Day festival. The annual event features arts and crafts vendors, live entertainment, and a variety of ethnic foods. It will run from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. June 16 along Elizabeth Street and on the Derby Green. This years event looks like its going to be another great one!
This years band line -up is the best in many years! I do recommend that you bring a lawn chair and make a day out of it! We're talking Funky horns dancing etc...
