Derby public works employees Friday hung a banner across Elizabeth Street announcing the upcoming Derby Day festival. The annual event features arts and crafts vendors, live entertainment, and a variety of ethnic foods. It will run from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. June 16 along Elizabeth Street and on the Derby Green.
