Dragonflies marks first year in floral business

SEYMOUR - Dragonflies, A Floral Studio, LLC, is celebrating one year of business in downtown Seymour.  The flower shop, owned by JoElle Anderson, is located at 33 Bank St. and does arrangements of all types and delivers.
The name Dragonflies honors JoElle’s mother, Jo-Anne Boni LePardo, who passed away in 2010. Economic Development Director Fred A. Messore and First Selectman Kurt Miller recently stopped by for a congratulatory visit.
Dragonflies offers fresh and silk flower arrangements for all occasions including weddings, proms, birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals. They provide unique bouquets, centerpieces, sprays, boutonnieres, corsages, and arrangements.
Orders are taken in store or by calling 203-828-6237.
They also sell fresh truffles from Tidmarsh's Bakery, Store and Confectionery in Ansonia.
