Seymour human resources audit unveiled

SEYMOUR — The results of a human resources audit were unveiled this week, bringing attention to some shortcomings in employee management.
The audit, conducted over several months, was performed by the H.R. Consulting Group Inc., with a local office on Main Street, which currently handles the town’s payroll.
Company Manager Robyn Pato said she has conducted numerous interviews with everyone from the police chief to public works employees since August, as well as former First Selectman Paul Roy and Town Hall employees. Pato presented her findings during Tuesday’s Board of Selectmen meeting.
