From the city's website:
10/30/2012 - City Hall will be closed on Tuesday.
Due to weather concerns, Ansonia City Hall will be closed on Tuesday, Oct. 30.
This includes all non-essential city facilities, including City Hall, Library, Nature Center, Senior Center.
