SEYMOUR - "Night Out for the Cause," a night of shopping sponsored by the Shops at Seymour Downtown Merchant Group, will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday.
Mary Deming, founder of the grassroots initiative Seymour Pink, said in a note on Facebook that each store that participates will make a donation to Seymour Pink, Inc.
The organization raises funds for breast cancer research and promotes awareness of the disease and the importance of early detection.
Sounds like a fun evening to head to downtown Seymour!
And, of course, a portion of your purchases will help a good cause.
