SEYMOUR — The Land Trust’s newly renovated hall, which made its public debut last month, could be temporarily shut down due to some violations recently uncovered by zoning officials.
Land Trust President Alex Danka just received word late Tuesday that the Planning and Zoning Commission could close the building until the violations are fixed.
Danka broached the matter during Tuesday night’s Board of Selectmen meeting. He said the PZC is slated to discuss the issue at its monthly meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. April 12 at Town Hall, and could pull the Land Trust’s temporary certificate of occupancy at that time.
