SEYMOUR — A series of workshops to gain input from business owners, residents and department heads on ways to boost economic development will kick off this week.
The first workshop will be from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at Town Hall for downtown merchants. Economic Development Director Fred A. Messore urged their participation.
“This will be an opportunity for the key stakeholders to bring ideas, concerns and questions to the table,” Messore said of the first workshop.
He said the public will have an opportunity to weigh in during the workshop scheduled for 7 p.m. May 9 at Seymour Middle School.
