of Shelton was being processed this morning in connection with the serious assault of a city man at Coram Avenue and Kneen Street, police said today.
Terry is charged with assault in the first degree and conspiracy to commit assault in the first degree.
A week after the attack, police arrested Daniel Zeleznik, 23, of 187 Howe Ave., on a warrant. The other suspect, Andrew O’Connell, 18, of 528 Wheeler's Farms Road, Orange, was subsequently also arrested on a warrant.
