SEYMOUR >> A Silver Alert has been issued for Cindy Dossantos, 16, who has been missing from Seymour since Thursday.
She is white, with brown eyes and brown hair. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 137 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a light purple, zip-up jacket, light blue jeans and blue-purple sneakers.
