Ansonia in 'cooler' times

Main Street, Ansonia as it looked in February.

After enduring all the heat and humidity that July has already given us, the question today is "would you rather have this ^?"

I took this photo on Feb. 11. At the moment I can't answer my own question.

Blizzard photos to share?

Please send your Valley storm aftermath photos to me at pvillers@nhregister.com and I'll post them here.

I can't take any photos until my camera battery charges...we used it a lot yesterday and ran down the battery.
That's what I get for ignoring the low battery icon on the screen.

Snow graces historic cemetery on Elm Street, Ansonia.

Photos contributed by Ansonia artist Greg Karas.

One of Karas' gargoyles.

Is it just me or does the snow make this little guy look a bit like a Smurf?
