MILFORD>> A second man appeared in court Thursday to face charges in
connection with an attempted robbery and shooting in a city parking garage that left two people
injured.
David “D.J.” Spencer, 22, turned himself in to police Wednesday on an
outstanding warrant for charges stemming from the March 1 incident, police
spokesman Sgt. Jeffrey Nielsen said in a press release Friday.
