Smell forces evacuation at Emmett O'Brien Tech

Five Ansonia firetrucks were on the scene Friday afternoon at Emmett O'Brien Technical High School, 141 Prindle Ave., Ansonia for the report of a smell of gas. Principal Laurie LeBouthillier said there was "a purge from a boiler" that caused the smell. The incident occurred after dismissal. No one was injured.
