SHELTON - Crosby Commons at Wesley Village will host a presentation at 3 p.m. May 21 by a Pedorthist from Hartford Orthotics who will speak about diabetes and foot care, the importance of proper footwear, and the use of compression garments and stockings.
The Pedorthist will also be doing fittings for diabetic inserts and shoes which Medicare and Medicaid cover.
The presentation is free and open to the public and will be held in the Gallery at Crosby Commons at Wesley Village, 580 Long Hill Ave.
