Seymour to host night at baseball game

SEYMOUR - Save the date! The town is having a community night at the New Britain Rock Cats baseball game May 31.
Be sure to catch all the fun and excitement of a Rock Cats game as the Town of Seymour is highlighted throughout the night.

First Selectman W. Kurt Miller will be there to throw out the ceremonial first pitch and there will be a post-game pyrotechnics show!
Watch as the Rock Cats take on the Bowie Baysox, a Baltimore Orioles AA affiliate, starting at 6:35 p.m.
“This is a great opportunity for friends and neighbors to get together and give Seymour more exposure,” says First Selectman Kurt Miller.
Residents, businesses, or families interested in attending can reserve tickets from the First Selectman’s Office at Seymour Town Hall by calling 203-888-2511, emailing rburke@seymourct.org or stopping in.
            Tickets are on sale now.
Individual tickets are $5.25 each for reserved seating.  Businesses may purchase a ‘Platinum Package’ for $500 which includes 50 reserved seats they are able to resell, a display in the main concourse for their business, and an ad in the game day insert passed out to all game attendees.
