OXFORD - The Oxford Soccer League and the Connecticut State Referee Program are offering an entry-level Grade 8 field training/written test Aug.16 at Great Oak Middle School Soccer Field.It will be held from 12:30 to 4 p.m.
Go to ctreferee.net to register, and take online course, before being eligible for field training and written test.
Applicants must be 13 by June 30, 2014 to participate.
