WOODBRIDGE - A Health & Wellness Fair for Baby Boomers and Beyond will be held 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Woodbridge Senior Center. The fair is sponsored by New England Young at Heart.
Guest speaker Dr. Bernie Siegel will discuss “The Art of Living.”
There will be free lunch (for the first 200 people), free admission and door prizes.
Fairgoers will find everything they need to take care of themselves or for taking care of a loved one. There will be information available on wellness, yoga, home, health, in-home services, over-55 living communities and more.
