DERBY - The Derby Public Library will host, “You Are Here,” at 6:30 p.m. June 27.
Just in time for summer vacations, Susan Qunicy, who works at the Kellogg Environmental Center in Derby, will offer some great “staycation” ideas.
Participants will get a visual tour of Connecticut’s many state parks and learn about the activities they offer. A history of how these places become a part of the state park system will be given.
The program is part of the Library’s Adult Summer Reading theme, Novel
Destinations.
Registration is requested. For information, stop by the Library at 313 Elizabeth St., call 203- 36-1482 or visit www.derbypubliclibrary.org.
