Thrift store coming soon to Derby

DERBY — A new thrift store will be opening shortly downtown, featuring deals on clothing, shoes, small electronics, glassware and toys.
Jose Vitorino recently got approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission for the store, which will be at 35 Elizabeth St., close to City Hall.
